All rates include 10% GST

Charges will be made for the day of arrival and day of departure. Please note that the pet taxi no longer runs on public holidays.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Heated room 1-20kg (small-medium) $42 p/day
Heated room 21-39kg (large ) $45 p/day
Heated Room 40-65kg (giant) $48 p/day

Standard Room 1-20kg (small-medium) $32 p/day
Standard Room 21-39kg (large) $35 p/day
Standard Room 40-65kg (Giant) $38 p/day

Daycare (All breeds) $35 per dog per day

Outside hours fee $50 – must be prearranged

Meal Prep at Daycare $5-10 depending on request

Long term boarding for 30-60 days 5% discount

If your dog requires a specialty diet or additional food for weight maintenance due to being overactive please select additional or specialty meal provision in “Extras”. We stock a Gastrointestinal and Hypoallergenic Range.

 

Taxi operates Mon-Fri from 11:30am – 1:30pm;
• $65 base rate each way up to 30km
• Airport Shuttle/Lodgement/Collection from $80

Surcharges apply for after hours;
• $15 surcharge applies for 7pm-830pm time slot on weekdays
• $20 surcharge for All Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday services (dependent on availability)

Surcharges apply for going the distance;
• $25 each/way Between 30-40km
• $40 surcharge for over 40km and under 50km.

ATTENTION DAYCARE: if your pet is not social please consult us for boarding in a private room. Discussion required as we are limited in this area.
Daycare area is reserved for socialisation and play.
If you are unsure please ask us to arrange a meet to discuss your pets needs.

ATTENTION ALLERGY DIET: If you are not providing your own allergy specific diet please select (special diet – small, medium, large or giant) under “Extras”if you need us to provide either hypoallergenic or gastrointestinal diet.
